How can I get your five step process?
I do appreciate this content although I can't handle listening to the word "like" anymore in this video. It sounds as if I'm listening to a couple of birds on a wire chirp to each other back and forth with the repetition of the word "like" and the non-stop words being spoken. I'm sorry but it just is what it is.
The gentleman in the office said that overnight he went from 22% to 95% closing rate with Shin Fu. Does that mean from the homes you actually showed up to after the initial phone call? You were closing 90% of the people who qualified through shin fu?
I’d much rather spend more time on the phone vetting a client finding if we’re the right fit then immediately driving out to have someone waste my time. Bring value and charge a consult fee. You will land clients that values your time and wants to work with you

We got ghosted twice in a week. These customers even chose the carpet and tile they wanted and even knew the price up front. As some as we brought up a 50% deposit and sent the bid they ghosted us.

Okay, not bad... just like it is not 1950, it is not manipulation... But what you really wanna do... be honest, and see if they are honest... if they want you to visit, then ask to be covered for the road, measurements, estimate, and plan of action. Meaning, do somethin useful, and at the least, they get the measurements, and a rough idea of what is needed. If you will explain everything in a way that is fundamentally solid and grounded, then they will not have a reason to say no... and if they for some reason do... ohh well, that is how quick you are done with that job. :)

This is life changing information! There is no other way to learn this Unless you’re mentored by an amazing successful entrepreneur who can break the steps down. That is a unicorn experience. This is helpful in ALL ASPECTS OF LIFE! ESPECIALLY with relationships!!! If you ACTUALLY listen and ask the right questions you can get to the real motivation or issues. ( the person might not even be clear about the motivation or issues until you ask your questions. It clears things up for them. ) Amazing amazing information!!! Especially if you can start out with this info.

I’ve listened to this so many times. This is so inspirational. I think you are missing something though. What I had to seek out on my own was how to unfuck my mind. People that are coming from a place of lack, people that are operating from a place of low self worth are operating out of a once necessary coping mechanism. A coping mechanism that shapes everything the see into it still being necessary. It’s why they will emotionally defend their shit way of doing things. A shit way of doing things that they have been praised for by friends and family that are doing the same shit way. A shit way of doing things that they have been punished for by stepping out of line from those friends and family, by doing better than them in any infantile way imaginable.(crabs in a bucket/tall poppy syndrome) Similar to how when you have rebuttal to your videos that has one or two suggestions on how to fix a problem, you shame/devalue them into action by telling them to “stop being a pussy and just do this” Your generosity in creating this specific content, for free doesn’t get recognized enough. I know I’ve made huge strides from it. I purpose that if you came to understand how the problem comes to be, you can word your same exact message you have way more effectively. Maybe you have content on this specifically and I haven’t found it yet. I look forward to when I do find it. I hope you get a someone on your team that does understand things like trauma, ego/early childhood development, disfunctional family systems and personal development that has also done the work. Maybe have a conversation with people like Jordan Peterson, Gabor Matte, Pete Walker and Bessel van der Kolk. Shaping the conversation of these coping mechanisms come to be and how to work with them in the trades frame or The Contractor Fight ethos.
